Rules of engagement with candidates

Rules of engagement with candidates

1. The integrity of Communication: Always be open and honest in all matters of our partnership. If you are pursuing companies on your own, our talent-acquisition team needs to know so that we do not duplicate efforts. This is one of the most important Rules of engagement with candidates.

2. Working with other recruiters: We shall tell you upfront which clients we will send you to, or where we have vacancies. We expect you to know where other agencies are sending you (the clients name) so that we don’t duplicate.

3. Real-time Feedback: Any and all issues, concerns, and/or feedback concerning our recruiting efforts on your behalf are to be brought to the attention of Energy Africa Recruitment as soon as possible.

4.

Candidate Prepping and Debriefing: Energy Africa Recruitment will prep you thoroughly before your interview, and debrief both you and the client afterward. It is imperative that we are your first call after completion of the interview and before talking to the client so that we can address any concerns or questions you have may have.

5. Offer Ownership: Energy Africa Recruitment will negotiate all compensation packages on your behalf. Once we receive an offer, a firm decision is required. Please ask any and all questions during the interview process.

6. Recommendation(s): You agree to take into consideration all recommendations and feedback
Energy Africa Recruitment provides as they relate to introducing, prepping and interviewing with clients.
